The Answer is Loa Loa Filaria

Loa loa filariasis (also loiasis and African eyeworm) is a skin and eye disease caused by the nematode worm, loa loa filaria. Humans contract this disease through the bite of a horsefly, also known as mango fly. The deer fly is also a vector of Loa loa. The disease can cause red itchy swellings below the skin called "Calabar swellings". The disease is treated with the drug diethylcarbamazine (DEC).

Human loiasis geographical distribution is restricted to the rain forest and swamp forest areas of West Africa, being especially common in Cameroon and on the Ogowe River. Humans are the only known natural reservoir. It is estimated that 2-13 million humans are infected with the Loa loa larvae.

TOXOCARA CANIS
Toxocariasis is a zoonotic (animal to human) infection caused by the parasitic roundworms commonly found in the intestine of dogs (Toxocara canis) and cats (T. cati). In the United States, an estimated 10,000 cases of Toxocara infections occur yearly in humans.

What are the symptoms of toxocariasis?
There are two major forms of toxocariasis:

1) Ocular larva migrans (OLM):

Toxocara infections can cause OLM, an eye disease that can cause blindness. OLM occurs when a microscopic worm enters the eye; it may cause inflammation and formation of a scar on the retina. Each year more than 700 people infected with Toxocara experience permanent partial loss of vision.

There are many more things that get in the eye, but this is generally the only worm. the majority of the rest are microsporidia.

The longest tapeworm was 33 meters.

loa loa
of course this is a filarial worm, many others can get embedded in the eye tissue but for some reason this one is the most asociated with the eye.
the longest tapeworm would be the taenia bovis or saginatum
that could reach 15 meters long.

I am not sure what they are are called, but they are a type of mite very similar to a dust mite, not a worm. They feed on dead cells and are not harmful, nor do they carry disease. They are in the eyelashes though, not eyebrows.
