I need a name of a show kind of like Power Rangers?

Back in the mid 90s I used to watch a show with a guy who used a guitar to go inside of a computer and would look kind of like a Power Ranger and use a guitar as a weapon he lived in the basement of his parents house and I think he had a couple friends who would help him.
