Crunches are the best for ab workouts.

First of all, no matter what anyone says, you need to lose the fat covering your abdominal muscles...not matter how many crunches you do, if you have excess fat on your body, it will not show. I don't have the best answer for this, but I can tell you that just crunches or other abdominal-specific exercises are not going to do it alone. No one can lose fat from one specific area of the body either...the first place you gain it is probably the last place you'll lose it from.

everyone has a six pak stomache it is just hiding more on some people if you have a little pudge in you belly try to change your habits. eat earlier, walk in the evenings (increases blood flow). sittups can hurt, try crunches. start with low impact exercises, dont targat one area work on your whole body. a nice stomache gives no excuse for a flabby butt.

just do sit-ups in your spare time. one of the most effective and simplest ab exercises.
