Everyone has a different opinion about what is sex. I don't look as oral sex, or dry sex as sex, but others might. What does she think about it? I would say, yes she is a virgin if there was no penis insertion going on during dry sex.

yep still a virgin if no penis was inserted lol. is this sex with clothes on? lmao....
edit: look what I found...wtf?
Dry sex is the African practice of removing vaginal secretions using herbs, leaves or powders before sexual intercourse, thus making the woman's vagina dry and tight. The practice is supposed to generate extra sensation for the man during intercourse, but has the disadvantage that it is uncomfortable for the woman.
if thats what she did then she is not a virgin anymore.

Yes, she is still a virgin. However, she won't be for long if she continues to have dry sex. Boys have a hard time stopping once they get started. They say, "If you love me, you'll let me." The answer to that is, "If you love me, you won't ask."
Sex should be a special connection between two people expressing love by giving the most precious thing they have, their bodies. You'll know when you are ready. Don't let anyone tell you different. Your first time only happens once, make sure it is with someone as special as you are.

As long as the penis did not go inside the vagina then technically she is still a virgin. By the way, it is possible to get pregnant from dry sex. Seman from preejaculate or ejaculate can still work there way into the vagina and fertilize an egg.

If the hymen -skin covering that is torn when penis or object inserted into vagina is torn is still there then she is a virgin-if nothing was inserted put into vagina then she has no worry but if then possibility torn exists-if this is really a worry for her can always go to a doctor for confidential exam.

This is a very interesting question. People today don't realize or understand the word virgin. Some people engage in oral sex and believe that they are still virgin. Not true. One involved in sexual activities, such as oral sex is no longer a virgin. They can still contract viruses and diseases. But answering your question, if that's as far as she's ever gotten, then yes, she is still a virgin.

No insertion, no loss of virginity. Check it out in the dictionary. Read the definition of sex, and the definition of virginity. Still virgin. But depending how you look at it... she may or may not be. Physically yes, I guess. But she was nekkid with a male and that's still sexual, so maybe it depends on her own definition of virginity as well.

no one is is exactly the same especially women. some women don't even bleed their first time. differences in the hymen like thickness or elasticity are usually the reasons for instance women that ride horses early in their youth wear out the Hyman and make it much easier to break resulting in little or no blood at all and no penetration of any kind Penis tongue toe or other then she is still a virgin
