Go to Internet Explorer, in the classical menu choose view, in the drop down menu choose text, hover over the request size and click on the requested size. that should work.

Suprised you did system restore, but there is a test size setting on your webpages. open internet explorer and goto view, then text size and pick largest.

Open your bowser, click anywhere on the page, hold down the 'CTRL' button on your keyboard and roll the wheel on your mouse either up or down to reduce or enlarge the font. That should work.

In the toolbar in IE go to View then go to text size and select a bigger size.

Depending on your browser, the sub menu is different, but both begin in "View" in the Menu on top.
View....Font Size (or Text size)...adjust there

hold down the control key... and roll the mouse wheel... or go to view... text size, and select the one you want
