Where can U find active wallpapers?

I thought about this idea, but I really doubt is feasible. It's probably not available right now, as most wallpapers are just a simple bitmap or jpeg, and don't support movement. I really think it would be cool, but it seems currently like it would use up way too much computer memory and lag the computer a lot.
