how is that pronounced? and it sounds ugly however i think of it.. it might be cute but i cant imagine a way.. well unless your famous.. you can name your kid anything you want.. and no one will give a darn

To each their own, but when naming your kids think of growing up. I love unique names, and Payson isn't too bad, but it does sound a bit masculine. Also, think of your other children or potential children, don't name one Tom and the other Othello. If you go unique, stay unique and the other way around, if you want traditional keep everyone's name traditional.

Payson is a name. i guess its a good name. there are alot of better names. but payson is a good name.

That's really up to you but I honestly think it sounds much too close to ''Person''! Please don't suggest that name to anyone else though! How about Peyson instead? Or maybe even Peysen or Peysin? The possibilities are endless...

N.B. Do yourself a favor and spend your pocket money on a good babies' names book!!!

It's an okay name. Especially if you want something different. I like Peyton better myself though.

What does it mean? I think it sounds nice, but I like the sound of my name too and it means cow in Hebrew.

She will get hooker jokes when she's a teenager. "If you want her, you're gonna have to PAY, son." Not a good choice. How about "Peyton"?
