By accepting that life can be rubbish, by drawing a line in the sand and focusing on the future. we have all done stuff we are ashamed of, we all have parts of our body we do not like, and we all have crap to contend with. put it behinde you and move on, although easier said than done, by focusing on what is done and dusted and by focusing on things we cannot change is pointless.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

By focusing on others instead of yourself--it's the best therapy there is. Every morning and night say to yourself, "I'm loving, fabulous, and confident."

you should repeat that phrase all the time!" appreciate your self if you want people to appreciate you!
if you have done sth wrong try to amend it! never hate yourself because its the only thing that you really have ,find yoursel and try to improve it! and don't forget "always be positive life is beautiful"

By doing things that you take joy in. Be it artwork, writing, training your pets, doing something that scares you, or just going for a walk.

Rent the movie "What The $#*! Do we know." and watch it.
