well me and the guy talk but not bout much, and we laugh but not so much as a flirt, so should i make a move, and if so what should be step 1? also ( refure to curious for part one)

being a guy myself i would say yes make the first move. show him you're interested. guys like to know that a girl likes them. he might be the type thats insecure and afraid of rejection so you need to lay your cards on the table and see what happens. do stuff like play with his hair or hold his hand while walking. the best thing to do would be to take him to a movie (scary one) and hold his hand and sit extra close during the movie
