Do you consider yourself without boundaries? If not, how far do you think you can go? Are your goals so far that makes you feel extenuated? When have you put a stop?

great question. I think reaching your goals is like being retired. Everyone looks forward to it but once you get there... theres nowhere else to go. I think a truly inspired individual will never stop pursuing even the unattainable no matter how hard it may seem or how badly he gets frustrated along the way. Having goals is what inspires us, gives us hope, and drives our lives.

You should set smaller, easier to attain goals. This way you get a sense of accomplishment once you have reached them. If you are feeling overwhelmed and frustrated then you are pushing yourself too much and you are risking burnout. Get some rest and ease up on yourself. Give yourself a break!!

I always think big...that way where ever I reach is farther than where I could have ended up, of I had not set bigger goals. Phisical lilimit is much controlled by the mind. Deceive the limit by pushing it through mind.

I know when I have reached my personal limit if I need to use a safeword. I've never been in that position.
