I lost my only set of car keys. The dealership is in Tennessee and I now live in Illinois. I don't have a lot of money what are my options? 98' Lumina 3.1L - the original key had a chip on it and I'm hearing something about a resister code.

Just go to your local Chevy dealer they can make u a key by giving them your VIN number....At least thats what the ford dealer did when I lost my only key..And they didnt even charge me!

Any chevy dealership can give you another set of keys with the VIN and proof of who you are
