Well Cirara is a girl. Its just when her mom was pragnet and she was havin twins. Well Ciara's twin dyied in her moms tummy and the private part stayed on Cirara. And she had surgy to remove it. No i have never seen her nanked.

I think she is 100% girl... Who else can shake that *** like she can.. seriously.. stupid rumor and people have to get over it.. Does it matter anyways? NO not really, she is a great singer, and she looks good.

as anyone who has ever seen her knows, that is all woman, and anyone who disagrees needs to rethink what they think a woman really is, she is unbelieveably hot
