What is smarter the human mind or the most powerful computer?

The human mind does 22 billion calculations per second. It constanly monitors every single nerve cell and function of the body while dealing with our external environment. It will be approximately 5 to 10 years before a computer will be able to exceed this capability.

Since the human mind made computers...I would say, the human mind is the smarter of the two.
