Go to see a doctor and ask specifically if either of the following 2 treatments might help you (as they have helped millions of others):
1. Birth control pills (acne can be a result of a hormonal imbalance);
2. Antibiotics such a tetracycline
Keep your face clean, and use an astringent, but don't let it get dried out. Moisturize it. Dry skin will cover your pores and make the situation worse.
Good luck!

Well I suffered from pimples hard growing up, I hated them with a passion. A small around the house antidote I found helpful was taking toothpaste an putting them on those little red devils.What you do is put some toothpaste on your fingertips, put it on each pimple let it sit for 15 to 45 minutes. It will irritate your eyes at first but if you do that for 3 nights in a row it usually get rid of them. I've done this personally so I know i works. I call it a ghetto recipe.

i use toothpaste. i know it sounds weird but it works for me. in fact, i have some toothpaste on my pimple as we speak...uh...write/read. just put a little bit of any toothpaste you use. (i use colgate) on the pimple and it goes away usually in about 3 days. trust me. it takes longer for the pimple to go away but it may be the only other alternative for u since u are allergic. you can also stay away from fatty foods. when you eat too many fatty foods like pizza, your body has to get rid of the extra oil and it usually gets rid of it thru ur pores. oh and don't clog your pores. let them breath. use lotion in the day but not at night so that your pores have time to air out for the next day. these are just some suggestions that i do but you may have a different solution. good luck.

The best way to address acne is to remove all hydrogenated oil, dairy and wheat products from your diet. I know it sounds hard. 90% of all fast food and restaurant food has hydrogenated oil, and 60% of the calories Americans take in during the day are from either Diary or Wheat products. But this is the real solution. Try it for just a week, if it doesn't work Djembe's name is MUD. Good luck.

Cut down on sweets and fried foods.
Wash with a glycerin soap 3 times day and try using vitamin E.
You can buy the E gel tabs or the oil in a bottle.
Mix a little of it with your moisturizer.
It worked wonders for me.

find a good facial wash, astringent, and make sure to wash you face ever single morning, and at night before you go to bed, if you have oily skin, the type made for oily skin, there are alot of things you can use these days, clinique is the best I've ever used for acne, the 3 step system for your skin type really works.

the most effective way without meds would to scrub the dirt and dead skin off your face with a wash rag or something soaked in alcohol. I would double check on meds though they work the best. Talk to your doctor, also ask your friends what they use

Fried foods...greasy foods...chocolate...all those things people keep saying have NOTHING to do with acne..its been proven medically people! Genetics is most likely the reason.
