he wanted the divorce a yr ago and now that i want the divorce he doesnt so i haven't had intercourse and i have a boyfriend but i dont feel right and i'm scared to see what will happen if he knew about it.we have one child and my husband is trying to get my son to spy on me

Don't have the relationship UNTIL everything has gone thru the court systems. That way HUBBY/EX-to-be can't use anything against you.
THEN go slowly starting a NEW relationship. Take it slow and easy.

First of all wait until the divorce is final before even thinking about starting to date again... Why are you getting divorced in the first place if i may ask? You should not even have a boyfriend until after the divorce is final..... You are living in adultery now and that is not right... I know this is not a popular answer here but i am speaking the truth.

so basically you just cheating on your husband if you have any sense stop cheating on your husband he never went through with the divorce so obviously he loves you so try to make it work the only reason you even want a divorce is because you have someone else on the side dont be a fool we all make mistakes just give your marriage a chance. Dont base your love for him on how he feels base it on how you feel just love him and stay in your marriage it is worth it sweetie trust me.

You have nothing to worry about. You need to go on with your life. He wanted it a year ago, and now you are moving on he dosen't? If you have a boyfriend live life. Your ex is trying a control move, not love. It is ego. Do what you feel is right. You must already know because the boyfriend is still around.

the only thing i can say is if you are getting a divorce and it is certain, then dont worry about the b/f. actually i can tell the divorce has basically already passed, so to speak! as far as your son goes, talk to him about the divorce as well as your future and ask him about his views. then explain why the marriage didnt work out. if he respects you at all, he will love you for your decision and not become james bond. trust me he will cherish your honesty.
