No Well it depends really I mean if their hands aren't full and they just offer you could just say i don't feel comfortable w/ holding babies sorry that wouldn't be rude but if their hands are full and they need you to hold them then it might be kind of rude to say no.

I don't think so because people ask me that question and some times i tell them no because depending on their size (if they are infants i wont hold because I'm afraid i will drop them or I'm not holding them correctly. So don't think its rude unless your trying to be

No I don't think so if you don't want to,they shouldn't try and insist that you do. I think it's up to whoever is asked the queston to decide yes or no it's your decision period.

If you prefer not to, just keep a good distance and mention from the first that you don't want to get too close as you are not feeling that well! I think that is better than saying no since you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Good Luck!

well i would probably be a little bit offended at first but would probably think that you were just nervous and wouldn't push you to hold the baby.. everyone reacts differently
