How can I enlarge uploaded camera phone pics?

I have a picture slideshow as my screensaver and the pics are the same size as they were on the cam phone. I have windows xp.

You can using any of the photo editing sofware but you will not get the good quality.

use ACDSee 7 or higher,
it work
