ok he married his first ever gf and was with her for 15 yrs had 2 kids then she has an affair and tells him to go.. then we meet and everythings just rosy but deep down i know he hasn't allowed himself time to properly get over her and the family unit he's so used to being in,, heres me single mum for 11 yrs,, 12 yr old daughter having a hard time adjusting to bf and his kids are more than the average handful , so is mine to be honest,things have been going wrong for a while , we work most things out he's just so niave about life in general and the affects it can have on people.he doesn't give any of us time to adjust to such huge changes we live in seperate houses but he stays here most of the time , and sometimes when he's got his kids.says he need some time alone 2 sort himself out , plus i have problems i need to sort out , but we need to sort out the relationship problems together ...not sure whre i stand or what i should do? anyone else been where i am now please give advice!

It sounds like a very stressful environment and I think he is being genuine. Most men cope with problems by seeking a solution through thought and he needs the space. I'm a man and that's what I would do. I hear what you are saying about the relationship but at the moment he is not receptive. My advise, be supportive and tell him your feelings and then let it be for awhile. Let it go, if it comes back it's yours, if it doesn't it never was . Jules lecturer.

Aww! Don't be miserable. You live in separate houses keep it that way. Next time he wants to stay there tell him no,you need some time alone. If he gets bent, tell him to go pound sand. You have feelings to. If cant see that, find some one who can. No one should be miserable.
