Yes I have taken on line courses. It was set up where they recorded the classes and then you could view them online. There were a lot of good things about being online. Like I didn't have to make the 2 hour round trip drive to the school. I could watch lecture in my pj's. I could view lecture any time of day or night and as many times as I wanted. This is set up differently than most online courses though. Most courses require online discussion of material instead of a lecture. You do a lot of messaging to classmates and such. So you have to be self disciplined to make yourself do the studying. I would take more online courses. I really liked it. Hope this helps you.

I love online classes. I am a procrastinator and work a lot and barely ever have any time. I got all A's in high school and in college I am a C student, just because I don't really push myself as much as I should. I believe online classes are better, you have to push yourself to learn. It is a bit harder, but then it's not, you don't really have anyone telling you to do this and that, and no lecturing is the best part. There are plenty of people you can ask questions to as well. I have taken a variety of classes online from math to english to psychology. My strong point is math so if you have any questions message me and I will give you my email address. I love it. The good thing about online classes is you have deadlines, but you can also do things early. What I usually do is write out a syllabus for myself with the due dates, then I break them up into like 4 sections, and I will make 4 dates that I just need to sit down and do all the work. That way I can get it done early, and you may finish your whole college course weeks before it actually ends. Also you can do this at 3am, noon, 6pm, whenever, it is nice to work around your schedule. Any help needed send me a message!

I took a few gen eds on line and they were great because you can do them in your own time. However the draw back was lots and lots of reading. In some tarditional classes I could go all semester with out opening a text book and still get an A but with online you have to actually do all the readings or you will fall behind.
Another great thing is if the test are online you can use your book and if they are not online you can choose when to go in and take them so that if your more awake and alert in the afternoon then take them then.

I have taken a few online classes and it is really hit or miss depending on the professor in charge of the class. I took a class that was horrible and required tons of reading that had nothing to do with the questions asked on tests. The class I just finished was one of the best classes I have taken period. I would take every class online if I could.
One thing I would say you should try is asking around at your school about the professor and see if anyone can tell you if they can give you what you are looking for in a class.

yes I have taken online courses and the best thing I can tell you about them is that they are good for smaller classes like english or easier classes like an elective. Now for your major classes, whatever you are taking, it is more accurate to go into the class. Online classes are not good for that as you will not learn much. You will also be confused.

I have took many online classes. I loved taking them because in a way you worked at your own pace. The only bad problem I found was if there was a storm and for some reason your computer was down it was hard to get your assignments turned in and some of the teachers wouldn't except that as a reason because they had no way to verify it. But other than that I loved it.

I've taken a few with great success. Several reputable universities do have an online component. I'm currently looking into a Ph.d. in Psychology online with one of the top 3 (according to my research). They however require $60,800 for this adventure. I think I might have to do something else.

No, because I feel that if you take an online class, you won't get that feeling of learning that you get when you are on a classroom.

yes, i have taken approximately 7 classes online - it was great for me, i enjoyed them and they were able to be done around my schedule of working. i am currently enrolled in 6 more online classes that will begin this fall. it takes away from being able to ask questions alot though unless your instructors are good and are checking back and forth on their emails often.

depends on the class, ive taken psychology and did really good, but then ive taken math and did horrible, im bad at math to begin with and i shouldnt have taken it online, i needed to take it inclass. it also depends on the instructor. sometimes you get lucky and get a really good online instructor. overall, an online class takes alot of self discipline because it is up to you to log on frequently.
