From some of the things I have heard and read it really doesnt matter as long as the grapes still have the seeds in tact, the seeds is what has the good stuff in them so swallow the seeds as well.

Color has nothing to do with which is healthier. It all depends if these grapes are cleaned or washed before eating and not rotten.

Purple is known to have the highest antioxidants, red would be next, the darker the more nutrients.

I would think that the red ones are the healthiest. I say that because on all of the health programs they mention how fruits and vegetables that are brightly colored contain beta-carotene.

Purple, because they have more tannin. Tannin is a chemical that bind and precipitates proteins. Basically, they help with digestion.
