i would be shocked at first and of course involve the police, but after a few days without electronics, i would thank the crazy man for letting me realize that life exists without electronics.

Try to electrocute him with the broken electronic device. If you are unable to do that, call the police, have them shoot him with Tazer =)

grab my cell phone and run out the other door and dial 911, i would run straight to the neighbors or run on the side walk screaming like crazy to get someone to be my witness so when the police come they can vouch for my story. or record it on my phone if it had a camera on it with the recorder. do you look like you are crazy so get some kind of proof/witness............hope i was some help............... that would be a battle that i wouldn't want to fight...............................
