Do you try to look a certain way to express your views of the world? Or do you just dress that way because you think it's pretty, or you just really like that look for somereason?

I usually choose something that looks nice. I do often choose clothes that make me look better if I'm going to be doing something special, such as doing a group project with people who are older then me, or talking to a guy that I like.. etc. However, I'm also going to randomly wear a crown to school on Thursday since it's the last day of school and I feel like it.

I dress as is comfortable for my current activities. If people see me wandering around in my stays, it's because I've been having back problems and the stays help my posture and support my back. The principle is right; it just so happens that the design is a couple centuries old.
Occasionally I'll dress to look pretty. But, since my hair displays a regrettable tendancy to frizz and my body is somewhat less than svelte, this is rare. :) Saved usually for special occasions such as dates, performances, etc.

before i had kids i used to dress in what i liked no matter what anyone thought. now, i have to be more practical, and i don't have all the money in the world to buy what i want. lugging kids around and getting puked on takes a lot of wear and tear so i dress much more comfortable and practical these days. i try to incorporate some of my style in there when i can too

i dress in whatever i like and what is my style. It quite different from what ppl in my school wear- i like elegant clothing- the point is i dress to my own style. But what i always watch out for is to dress in a modest way. It has to do with the fact that i'm christian and my self-respect.

I dress normal for me-that is comfortably. I could care less what others think. I think it is OK to wear a flannel shirt with a pink tu tu and Doc Martens.. he he..
