I bought a glass 5 weeks ago, but have not received
it yet. It was paid for immediately with PayPay.
3 weeks after I won it, I emailed the seller asking
him where it was. He wrote back "You didn't get it yet?
I'll send another one." That was now two weeks ago.
Nothing. The total for the item itself and shipping was
less than $10, no big deal, but my concern is that it's
BECAUSE its a small amount that this seller thinks that
nothing is going to happen; that it's not worth the trouble
for me to pursue this. I'm within 100 miles of him, and at
this point, if I can get his name and address, I'll spend the
$30 in gas and the day it'll take to track him down and go
get it personally!
I'm open to any and all suggestions.

File an item not received report. You can do it from the listing. Do it NOW as there is a time limit. Since you paid with Pay Pal you should not have a problem getting a refund.

Do not waste any more time communicating with your seller. Time is on his side, not yours.

File a claim with Pay Pal, it's really easy. Go on PayPal they have a form there. Tell them the item was never received and they will investigate. If they agree with you, you'll get all your money refunded. I just had 2 things never received, and I got all my money back.

First of all e-mail him everyday, demanding repayment. forget the glass. Also, you should report him to the better business buearu.
be sure to leave negative feedback on his ebay profile.
P.S. the better business buearu can usually get you your money back quick, you can file a complaint on-line.
