I got kinda bored at my last one, i'm looking for one that's for 13-19 year olds only, but i'm not having much luck, Plz and Thank U!

I honestly dont think it's possible because the internet is so unpredictable and nobody knows who's lying or not. Age restrictions are difficult to enforce on the internet. I'd seriously stay away from them, but if you MUST use them, try ICQ...you might have some luck there.
