Well besides the extra 10- 20 extra pounds (water weight), and all the aches, pains, breast sourness, morning sickness, weird cravings, and sensitivity to light and smells, I'd have to say the hormonal changes!

um duh they are pregnant...they are going through a lot of changes emotionally and physically ...Plus the hormones are a raging factor, just think about it.
