If people can get pregnant at all (which they can), then it can happen the first time. All it takes for a pregnancy is an egg and a sperm being in the same place at the same time. If a girl's body is producing an egg around the same time she has sex, there is a good possibility she can get pregnant. To prevent this, use some sort of a contraceptive during sex. Yes! You absolutely can get pregnant your first time. Don't rely on someone's opinion for something this important, call up a doctors office out of the yellow pages and ask them if you have to.

If a girl has gotten her period already, she is fertile, and it is absolutely possible for her to become pregnant if she has unprotected sex. Abstinence is the best answer, but if you choose to have sex, do yourself and her a favor and use a condom.
