You have gotten a spyware on your computer that is changing your homepage each time you open IE. Changing your homepage settings manually wont work, so you will have to get rid of it through an antispyware program. Here are the steps to removing a spyware effectively.
1. Many people think running the spyware program helps. However you need to first stop it from booting up. To do this, type "MSCONFIG" in RUN and in the last tab called "Startup", uncheck the program that resembles "Great search results".
2. Now you will need to eliminate the current running spyware. Use CTRL-ALT-Delete to end the process tree for that spyware program.
3. NOW you run a Spyware Program. You can either get Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware SE (both are free), or better yet, get both of them just in case one program doesnt catch a key or two. Both programs can be downloaded and read more about at www.pcworld.com/52516
4. Run the spyware program, and finally set your Homepage to your original. Restart your Pc and the malware should be gone.

I'm not sure what you are asking but if that's your start page, like your home page, you can change it by going to the top of your page under tools, internet options, then when the box comes up you can type what you want in there and click apply, save/ok.
If that page changes without you changing it, you probably have spyward doing it and need to download something like spybot search and destroy, run it and clean the spyware off then following above instructions.

try getting a GOOD spyware removal program. A company called Webroot puts out a good one called SpySweeper. Buy it, install it, run it and keep it current. You'll be happy when the thing is gone.

You've got a virus. It's probably not easy to fix. You should install Firefox and use it instead.
