Start it over for the next Six years...so that you don't have to write again like this..."Last 12 years"...
Take a look from a different perspective...try to accept things as they are...and focus for the change deep inside into yourself...Miracles does not happen in everyday life...it is you, who you only blame for any and every disaster...
"Take things positively...Take a break" kind of saying won't help until or unless you start giving it a chance and start the re-opening with more cautious and more attended way into yourself...

Oh....gee, I'm sorry to hear that. The last six years has been, truly, the best of my life. Met DH, got married, bought a house, had a baby, run away from the nightmare of a job....see, Bush was just icing on the cake. Thanks for reminding me just how great things are. I forget sometimes.
