Whatever that was that was not ECW. That was a joke. Everything about it was what the old ECW used to try to get away from. The Zombie was stupid the stripper was stupid WWE being there was stupid. The announcing was so horrible and Joey Styles and Tazz sold out to their true ECW selves and now portray these gay characters on TV. Sandman isn;t the same without the Metallica enterence. Last night was a joke. I was planning on attending the ECW show in White Plains NY but after watching last night I wouldn't go for free.

Vince is going to keep up this invasion angle for a while because he wants to reestablish the brand and try to give it a ratings boost. Think about it. If you want to keep up with the storylines on RAW, you need watch ECW to get the other part of the story. I think he is hoping that a quick ratings hike will get ECW off of SciFi and get the NBC Corp. to move it to USA with RAW. Once the show gets off and running, I see this invasion stuff stopping and then ECW will be its own brand. It will be better then because more of the show will focus strictly on the ECW wrestlers.

The ECW debut on Sci-fi was LAME, wtf was up with the zombie? it was kinda funny when that girl who was stripping ( for no reason at all) couldn't unhook her bra, but then the rest of the show was so boring. Kurt Angle and Big show bring nothing to the new ECW, I'm highly disappointed.
I don't wanna see WWE ppl on ECW, if this is gonna be successful then they need to seperate themselves as much as they can from RAW and Smackdown, but tonight they made a really crappy start. Hopefully it will get better as time goes on.

I don't understand why they put ECW on SciFi. I watched it last night, the crowd was lame (nothing like the crowd at one night stand!) and some of the matches were lame. But I will say, that was the most personality I have ever seen RVD have.

I HAVE TO agree. That show was a total joke. The only reason I think ECW came back was for Vince to make more money.

The show was not nearely as bad as most say. The Zombie was the hit of the night. Most people just didn't get it.
Roll back the clock... it was exactly like 911 choke-slamming Santa Claus. Too funny.
Also, Van Dam crapping on the WWE Belt "Look it spins."

There is a LOT of room for improvement right now. And the WWE needs to keep the two brands totally seperate.
