A court trial which is tried to a judge instead of a jury (assuming that is what you are asking) can be any length, depending on the crime and the issues involved.
They usually take less time than a jury since judges tend to know more about the law and generally are fair and impartial in their rulings, so the games that are played for jurors sake don't happen as much.
If it goes all day, courts will usually take a break every two hours or so (maybe a little longer) for the court staff to have a well deserved break. Jury trials take the breaks more often in a day since part of the idea is to not lose them and keep them awake. Including lunch breaks, I'd say at least 3, maybe four.

I've seen some trials last fifteen minutes and others last fifteen months. On average, a felony criminal trial or a personal injury trial in front of a jury, will last one or two days.
As a general rule, breaks occur every hour or so, for the same reason that classes usually have breaks each hour - namely that people can not concentrate for too long without a break.

It all depends on the seriousness of the offence & whether there's gonna be a long list of witnesses & then how long the jury takes in deliberation. Most cases are over in a day or less but there are those that can & do take up to several weeks (or more, depending on whether it's a capital murder case or what have you. Yes, there are usually breaks every so often & of course the judge excuses you for lunch, dinner, etc. , why are you on my jury??

Depends on type of case & judge. Some Judges move it along quickly & others will let it drag on. My brother was murdered by 3 men. One trial took 9 days, one took 12 days, and one took 32 days. They break at lunch - afternoon depends on who is on stand at time & if they will finish that day. Off on holidays.
My sister served on a jury that lasted 3 hours.

depends on the case! As short as a few hours to as long as.....well how long was Simpson's anyway? Over a year I think.
Judges like to start late and end early, for the most part, so you don't have to worry about breaks or refreshments.

Depends upon the case, but if you are serving on a jury, usually they try to wrap it up within 3-5 days. If it's a big case, it can go on longer.

It varies .... depending on the type of trial, it can last any where from a couple of hours ( low profile ) to a couple of months. ( high profile (Beretta ) )
It's the same with breaks, depending on motions filed , requests granted, etc.
