Well I have not gone there but I have a friend who did and he said that it is not worth the money. You are unprepared for what you really need once you graduate..but that is just going by what I have been told...

It really doesn't mattter, what matters is if the school carries the program you desire to major in or to have a career in. As long as the school offers the degree or degrees you are seeking, then it doesn't matter. Both of the schools I went to were private schools and I think I did better than going with my first choice, a big name public university. It just depends on how you focus, how you can cope with teaching methods, classroom settings, campus environment, you know.

I went to Devry and I feel they waste your money. They charge you soo much its not worth getting your degree there. Its better to get your degree at a community college or a college around you that may not be expense(if money is an issue). But I would not recommend going to Devry. You will not learn anything.

I don't think it matters but I suggest NOT going to Devry. My fiance tried to go there before finishing his education at IADT, he left because they "messed up" his financial information (tried to charge him more), and lied to him, by saying that they had the courses for him to take so he could get the degree he wanted, when they didn't even offer them the courses they were talking about were for a completely different degree. I have heard many other "horror" stories about that school too, but it's all up to you. Good Luck in pursuing your future!!!

i have a friend who graduated from devry. They have a guaranteed job program that makes sure he will always have a job. Only thing that sucks is you usually have to live in a big city. Good school though.
