so much for plug and play well this thing doesn't automatically work right at all. I have a usb wirless mouse and keyboard but neither works and yeah I have new batteries.

ok well resetting it and installing software doesn't seem to do anything. I have new batteries. This is the second one I bought.

what does itmean by saying theres no location for my mouse and keyboard under device ?

you need to keep the mouse in line of sight with the little box that comes with it. I really hate those things. We had a big upgrade at work and I made them give me back my old mouse and keyboard because the wireless system is such a pain.

To make your wireless k/b and mouse work, you will need to install the driver software that came with the keyboard. It should be in the form of a CD or a floppy drive. Once this is installed, it should be good to go.. let me know if you still have questions. This is a high level answer, just to let you know.

pet the keys on the keyboard and make it feel wanted then it should start working as for the mouse feed it some cheese once in a while gain it's trust it will work for you LOL sorry but I had to remark on this. dreamweaver10@verizon.net

install drivers... if u are running on the latest windows such as XP... it shld be able to auto detect...
