Actually just search for "Hilary Duff wallpaper" at Yahoo Images. You can right click on the picture and "Set as Background."

The best way to find any wallpaper (hilary in your case) is to google "hilary duff 1280x1024". Then you can "save picture as" with a right click to save it to your computer or just right click "set as background". Don't google "wallpaper". You'll get a lot of spam sites.
