hair spray on a cotton ball dab it on the ink ,you will probably need several cotton balls,a pump bottle type hair spray is best,you can take the top off and saturate the cotton ball much easier and the hair spray doesn't dry as fast as the aerosol type !
And there is a new product out that works on many kinds of stains it is called "The Eraser" you wet it in warm water and gently rub the stain!

Try hair spray.Test the color first on somewhere you can't see.Hope it works.
