There isn't one set specific set of signals, each team has their own signs, just like in the NFL.

I thought each team had secret signals so the other team didn't know what they were saying.

They're all secrets, so people can't read what you are saying.
I forget which manager it was (old timer) whose sign for hit and run was to smile. He would make all sorts of motions with his hands, but they were all meaningless.
