Dual xeon is 2 processors. Xeon Dual is 1 processor but dual core and/or hyperthreading

anyway.. i try to answer..
Dual Xeon Processor mean your PC use two Xeon Processor
Xeon Dual core processor mean your pc use one Xeon Dual core processor

dual core mean 2 become one, 1 processor that have 2 processor inside it.
