You are way too young to feel this way over little problems. You are at the beginning stages of what is relatively known as anxiety, or the better know wording, panic attacks. As time goes on, if not put into proper prospective, you will get worse, have difficulty concentrating and those little problems will escalate into larger problems that will eventually control all aspects of your life.

You need to learn to focus that energy into something positive, take yoga, and seriously learn to relax and meditate. You can even try accupuncture. But you really should do something soon.

I am a healthcare provider and I see these things happen quite frequently to young people. You are part of what is called the "now" or "Y" generation and you expect to get everything "right now" you do not have what most of us have which is delayed gratification, and this is why you get so "pissed" when you can't get what you want right now! Try some of the things I listed above or if you can't do that then make a little mantra for yourself and use it everytime you want to do something immediately i.e., "I'm ok I don't need to do that right this moment" say it to yourself over and over and I bet you feel much better.

Good luck

I'm a survivor and with much experience with this first it
is anxiety, fear, etc. and if your body aches it could be
fibromyalga, sometimes you can also be cranky cause
of your period IF. And one thing when you do not get your way and that makes you mad is maybe because you had no power as a
child? And you want power now or it might be that someone in
your life spoiled you.Only you know and if you get pissed at your
bf then maybe he might not be supporting you enough. Yes you
can control it if you believe you can't then you will not you can
come out of the dark it does take time but you can do it I care
Then do not worry about your finances it is all in your head just
make sure that if your bf lives with you that he is helping you.
and maybe that will take a load off. Also if you feel the need
for help ask for it I used to do the same nomore impulsive
thoughts take your time!!! It also was a step for you to ask
your question that is a big step for starting to heal call upon
the HOLY SPIRIT and be not afraid give him your battles
cause you can not fight them alone Love Wendy
and I'm 32 I know how you feel believe me dear I do you
just don't know. I'm here!!!

First stop and let out a huge sigh, feel better? Good. Sounds like you are a chronic worrier- no worries (sry no pun intended) this isn't something serious. First learn that some things aren't in your control and second its ok not to have things go your way in actuality sometimes they turn out better ( this comes from experience, I ended up having more fun after I didn't get my way). Next I'd suggest practicing relaxation techniques such as counting to a certain number or counting backwards before reacting. The counting backwards things wroks better because its sometimes (for some ppl not nescessarily you) and forces you to concentrate on something else other then the problem at hand for a little whiles anyway.

I know EXACTLY what you are saying. You think ur going insane and no one understands what you mean. Everything makes you go crazy and you arent sure how to make it stop. Everything my BF did drove me crazy. Everything my little girl drove me crazy and sometimes, I just felt like I was mad at nothing. Then I realized that I was in my head and what I needed to do. Try this hun- It helped me alot and I pray that it helps you.

-Find some relaxing yoga music or whatnot (target/walmart has em) Lay down on ur bedroom floor and just take a few deep breaths. Most emotional problems are exagerated when there is an inbalance. Most common are- oxygen, sleep, exercise, food, water.
I simply made sure that I had these five things handled everyday. Then pamper yourself in some way once a week. :) Then, do something nice for someone else. Like ur sweetheart. (plan a date, do something for him) and then Make a list of things you want to complete and work on them when u have free time. Things that you are passionate about :)

you might have obsessive compulsive disorder, which is when you fixate your emotions on the little things in life and you feel like you always have to have things your way, and if theyre not, then you feel out of control. you should talk to a doctor about the symptoms you have been experiencing. he or she could suggest possible treatments to help you. good luck!

consider generalized anxity disorder or a pesonality disorder. talk to your doctor so he can get more information. SSRI will likely help but be aware of sexual side-effects.
