Well, I have been told that the Cabbage soup diet helps one lose around 10 pounds or so and it is in 1 week. Have not tried it personally though. Just type in cabbage soup diet and you will get the details.
I have found the cutting out snacking, especially in the evenings and walking whenever I can has given me some results. However it took over a month to lose any weight this way. I have now lost 14 pounds in about 3 months or so.

Dont eat. Smoke. Do drugs. Im sure you'll lose weight over the weekend. But I dont advise it.

Just control what you eat, and exercise. Do small things that you would rather nor do instead: walk to school, take the stairs instead of the elevator, do the house works instead of watching tv (hey, these things help). It may take some time, but its a better way.

First, try this website: www.sparkpeople.com. It will help you devise a meal plan and exercise routine. Then make sure you cut out all soda, even diet and stick to lots and lots of water! Get plenty of sleep and at least 20 min of sunshine daily. Stick to an exercise routine...at least 30 min of daily cardio and I'd personally suggest pilates AND yoga. You'll notice a difference fairly quickly if you are willing to make these changes!

There is no good way to "quickly" lose weight. Watch what you eat. When you are full, stop eating. Don't eat because you are bored. Stay busy, exercise. People who loser weight quickly tend to gain it back quickly, and gain more than they originally had. If you still have problems, then see a physician and/or a dietician...

Sorry, there is no "good way" of losing weight RAPIDLY.
It takes time, will power exercise, a proper diet.
Your best bet is to talk to a doctor first. He/she can tell you what you need to do so you can be safe about it, and not hurt yourself in any way

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). Only one piece of fruit a day and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts.

Exercise as much as you can, but 80% of weight loss comes from your eating habbits. Which is the hardest thing to change!
