I believe that all you need to do is go into your yahoo messenger window, and go to file >>sign out of mobile device. If it's from an e-mail, I honestly don't know...I haven't had a chance to play around with it!

I think you are referring to messenger. It used to be once you signed in to yahoo messenger on your computer, it would sign you off the cell phone. I don't know if it still does that or not.
