Do you donate to street bums or the squiggy kids who wash your windshield? Do you feel the need to give them a few coins for food or do you pass them by without looking?

I give what i can but if they look like there drunk i pass them up because they will just get drunker and will never get the help they really need witch is to sober up and get treatment i do let them know of the opportunities available like food stamps shelters public transportation job programs ext

I am just a school student... i cant use my parent's money (as it'd be a bad thing) to help others. But, I myself feed hungry street dogs etc. BUT I dont give money to beggers.
