Is there such thing as a multiple CD holding external drive?

Is there a product available that could store numerous CD/DVDs and access them, as I require (similar to a jukebox, but for computers)?

I am a little confused, but I know something.
PowerISO is a virtual CD/DVD driver, it like winrar, can compress date, but also you can use it as a DVD driver. very Good I am using it!

yeap, its called a stereo system, 5 cd changer. lol, naw i dont' think there is 1 yet
