If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://bitly.com/CureYourExcessiveSweating
About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.

You could try putting some petroleum jelly before working out or an even better alternative would be a baby's diaper rash cream o. Just clean and dry the area well before applying the cream.

Zeasorb AF (AF is anti fungal). If the rash is due to candida (see other questions about yeast) then this will keep it under control. Apply daily, and in advance of your workout.
I have to order mine from the chain pharmacy, but the pharmacy in the medical building carries it on the shelf.

try using baby powder. There is a new product out there sold on the feminine hygene aisle specifically made to prevent chafing. You might want to pick it up.

Get some diaper rash cream at the drugstore and apply it liberally to your crack before you go out and re-apply it every hour or so.
