Now it's your turn for you to make the Knicks' pick. I will be doing ONE PICK at a time EACH DAY. Please justify your answer.

Here are some of the best player left:
Oleksiy Pecherov
Shanon Brown
Quincy Douby
Rajon Rondo
Kevin Pittsnogle
Mardy Collins
Saer Sene
Paul Davis
Mike Gansey
Josh Boone
Sergio Rodrigez

Oleksiy Pecherov

Athletic European with inside/outside game, Pecherov is the type of player the Knicks need. This type of player has worked out well in Dallas (Dirk Nowitzki)

This small team needs a big man that can score to compliment the team's nucleus, Jamal Crawford and Channing Frye and vet point guard Stephon Marbury. At 6-10 and a strong inside and outside game, he can be groomed at the small forward position and join the 6-11 Eddy Curry at center, the 6-11 Frye at power forward, as a small forward and help turn the smallish Knicks to a competitive team with an imposing front line.

no mR jones i am a big nets fan and i was gunna say hilton armstrong but on the flipside knicks wow this is a project ok fire isaiah thomas micheal dolan sorry gettin a little over board so the knicks are on the clock.New York will be looking for a big man to share the center position with Eddy Curry. The Knicks are deep at the guard and small forward spots, but are in definite need of a body to battle against the Eastern Conference’s contenders.CRAIG SMITH bosyon college he is not the biggest PF but you dont need a 6"10 PF anymore with teams adopting to the style pheonix plays and smithy has a great jumper he is atletic and a great rebounder for his height.

They'll take whichever player has the biggest name and scored the most points in college. They'll do this regardless of team chemistry, team needs, or the player's actual ability to fit in with the Knicks style of play, much less the NBA as a league. They'll do this and lose and lose and lose a lot more. You know why? Because Isiah Thomas is by far and away the worst GM in the league. He makes horrible trades, undermines his own coach, and then refuses to take blame for his own mistakes. This is a guy whose reason for trading for Steve Francis was "It's so crazy, it just might work." Have fun watching this overpaid stink bomb of a basketball team get rolled every night because as long as that guy's in charge it ain't getting better.

they take Oleksiy Pecherov. shannon brown would be a steal at this point but they have plenty of guards. they need someone to play near the basket so pecherov makes sense here. but he likes to play outside which could help if he can draw defenders out and let curry operate down low. he's also a good jumper/rebounder.

the knicks are the most unluckiest team ever.. i think they had the most chances out of 1000 for the draft pick and hey ended up in 20th..

now for the pick..in curry, richardson, crawford, francis and marbury i think the have more than a decent lineup and the presence of rose will bolster their team..and the knicks already have 12 players in their team..i think they will FORFEIT their pick in the draft
