if your husband dies and leaves the estate to his kids and you nothing and you could live in house rent free. but they say they will give you money if you move out so they could sell the place. but they want you to pay the taxes and the place is in there name not your. but they wont give anything in wrighting that they will give you money and there is nothing in the will saying they have to.

by all means get it in writing. for that fact get your self a lawyer and have them put it into writing for you.b-cuz if you move out your screwed.

of course get it in writing. better yet, get a lawyer if you can afford it just to be safe.
