I haven't read them, but I did listen to them on CD. They are wonderful!!! If you haven't read them, I would recommend it. If you have read them... listen to the CD's... it was a full scale production, reminded me of when I was a girl and would listen to the stories on radio.. but SOOOOOOO much better!

I have... I was obsessed with The Golden Compass, not so much with The Subtle Knife, and on the last one he kind of lost me. It was just one of those trilogies where it could have had an absolutely amazing ending, but the writer couldn't pull it off.. you know? I think Phillip Pullman definitely had way too huge of an idea to just throw into that last skinny novel.

Probably because then they wouldn't sell them in the stores (I haven't read them, but I feel like pointing ou the obvious, lol)
