It's called a friendly error message. Basically you don't have authorization to view that page. Probably because you need to register to see it or go through another page first. To change you friendly error message click on Tools, then Internet Options, then the Advanced tab. Click to take the check mark off the "show friendly error messages" and you'll get the "real" message.

Someone has mostly like setup parental permissions which means you're not allowed to view that page. Check with the parent or guardian of the computer to see if they've setup parental permissions. Good luck.

it means u have a parental control or somethin,, then u can't view it, cause it contains somethin that da parental control don't like,, somethin like dat,, if u want 2 view it turn off the parental control list... if u have... or if u don't have dat thing maybe the page or the site is busy... somethin like that
