No, there is no real listing anywhere that contains complete listing.
Yahoo does keep a listing IF YOU WANT IT LISTED, but only if you want it listed.
Most people either use fake or fictitious names so a listing would not do you any good.
Sometimes organization like ClassMates. have a place where you can leave your name, school and age IN CASE someone is looking for you.
Be careful as to where you place your address. This is a good source for spammers to emails addresses.
