A couple of jobs that you can do with only a math degree is teaching (obviously) and actuarial sciences. To do actuary, you have to take actuary exams, something you can talk to an adviser about if that stuff interests you.
I'm not sure where you are in math, so I really can't give you any suggestions of classes. Maybe if you add some information on what year you are and what math you have studied, I can help you out.

A degree in math allows you to go into nearly any field. This is not so because those fields involve math, but because a degree in math teaches you how to think logically.
Mathematicians make better systems analysts than computer science majors -- because the CS majors look at programming as an end in itself, while math majors realize it is a tool to get something more interesting done.
Finance is just applied mathematics (I know what I am talking about here -- I have a BS in Math, did some grad work in Math and have a PhD in Finance). So is Economics.
Major in Math -- but take some finance, economics & computer science classes. You won't have trouble getting a job.

Do some research on Math faculties around the world and see what they have to offer, and more importantly, if they suit you and you are sure that is what you want to be doing. Email the contacts provided, they are in a better position to give you advice.

Try engineering, you will exercise your math skills from day one through graduation, then depending on the job you choose the sky is the limit.

Try economics or statistics. Physics is basically applied calculus.
