Say to them, "Hey, can I obtain your cell phone bills and records?"
Unless you mean without their knowledge, which would then make that a criminal act and an invasion of their privacy.

First you need there number and ss number as well then you go to the website for there service and get into the account...be careful! You might not like what u find...

Just curious why you would want it. You have no business with it. If they want you to see it then they will let you. Otherwise I don't think there is a way. Unless the phone is in your name.
