If you follow the advice the other folks have given (clean, condom, relax, no A2M, etc) the biggest risk is that you would like it too much. I almost can't get my wife to orgasm without some anal stimulation. Not that there's anything wrong with that ;-)

As long as he is not infected, nothig, but he should guard against tearing the membranes down there and NEVER go from anal sex to vaginal sex without a good scrubbing of the equipment. You do not want a bacterial infection of that nature.

you just need to make sure that you use lots of lube (the lube with prevent you from taring) and you need to make sure that the man cleans himself well afterward, do not have sex in the front after having it in the back without washing!!!! It will cause germs to get where you don't want them.

Ejaculation isn't dangerous, unless STDs might be an issue. But if your not careful tearing may require medical attention.

have been. Even if they seem clean. Always, always be careful.
